Their Goal:

After the iOS14 update, the cost per acquisition on Facebook, Google and blended was increasing month on month. The goal for Rozee Digital was to decrease the CPA on FB, Google & blended.

The Problem:

After analysing the ad accounts we noticed that there was not enough testing in new creatives like UGCs & ad creatives. Also, we saw there wasn’t enough testing in new audiences to help decrease the CPA.

After analysing the Google Ads account, we noticed that we were using Remarket Search Ads, Dynamic Campaigns and weren’t targeting non branded keywords.

The Solution:

Our team first concentrated on using Paperlike existing creative assets to create a number of videos, and UGC for single image creatives.

Using these we built them into our full-funnel Facebook Ad strategy, which helped decrease their CPA rapidly.

Our creative team then built more custom creatives with full video production. We have now produced over 10 videos for Paperlike, all of which are designed for different parts of the funnel. One of which you can see here!

The Results:

After testing new ad creatives & audiences heavily in July, we managed to increase revenue by 17.5% in Aug 2021 generating €548,833.82. Because of the amount of testing we did this helped us to find the winning assets which increased revenue in Sep 2021 by 10% generating €606,599.09.

This led to Facebook CPA dropping from 21.63€ in May to 14.45€ in October 2021, which has been maintained from Oct 2021 to January 2022.

We took over the Paperlike Google Ads account in Oct 2021 and since then we decreased CPA by -16.85% taking CPA from €6.21 to €5.16 and increased ROAS by +19.35% from 5.96x to 7.11x.
