This Home Furniture eCom Brand came to us Mid October 2019 looking for a CRO agency to help them optimize their website conversion rate from 0.97% to 2% minimum.

As part of the user behavior analysis, we studied the user flow and found that some users purchased the same products multiple times in a single transaction.
When we looked deeper into this we realized that users were purchasing multiples of the same product.
We hypothesized that we could further the behavior of users purchasing the same product, by showing them a “Buy 4 Get 1 Half Price” offer to increase AOV. Promoting this offer would increase the average number of items purchased per transaction and as a result, increase the AOV and CVR.
